Terms of Service
1. Platform Parameters & Registration
By establishing a profile matrix on MohAcademy, you explicitly guarantee complete compliance with these operational guidelines. Access is strictly constrained exclusively to students preparing for GCE Advanced Level science tracks.
Users must provide verified credentials during registration events. Profiles found hosting anomalous actions or mass-shared logins face immediate validation locks by our server security nodes.
2. Academic Integrity & Evaluation Protocols
Every structural quiz module, exam trace, and laboratory calculation worksheet hosted natively through our data systems must represent entirely independent student configurations. We enforce strict academic honesty.
Cheating behavior configurations—including but not limited to automated bots, scraping routines, or script injections across live evaluation systems—will lead to permanent profile bans and deletion of accumulated XP records.
3. Laboratory Simulation Fair Use
The interactive physics vector engines and chemical balancing matrix calculations are proprietary tools built natively for student learning. To protect server integrity, you may not:
- Reverse-engineer Javascript canvas physics frameworks or attempt to download raw simulation source codes.
- Extract past-paper resource structures into third-party databases or mirrored sites.
- Inject malicious parameter loads (e.g., infinite loops) to alter live accuracy scoring channels or crash rendering engines.
4. Intellectual Property
All study notes, diagrams, and structural derivations hosted on MohAcademy remain the intellectual property of the platform creators. While you may download PDF nodes for personal revision, redistributing these assets commercially or masking the MohAcademy watermark violates these terms.
5. Liability & Syllabus Boundaries
While MohAcademy utilizes meticulous data parsing routines aligned precisely with Advanced Level science evaluation codes, materials are presented as auxiliary guidance assets. The platform implies no absolute warranty regarding performance outcomes inside physical public exam testing nodes. Success ultimately depends on student execution.
